    Conference Dinner is a separate ticketed event that can be added to your registration. Don’t miss a night of elegance, networking and memorable moments.

  • Your registration will only be submitted once you reach the ‘Thank you’ page on completion of the registration form. If, after your payment has been processed, you did not select ‘FINALISE TRANSACTION’, your registration will not submit and hence you will not receive the confirmation email.

    Please check your junk/spam and any firewall folders for the confirmation email. If not received, please contact the events team.

  • Whilst we prefer registrations prior to 30 Oct 2024, you can also register on the day of the conference at the Registration Desk, onsite at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition entre.

  • Conference registrations cannot be shared by individuals, even if from the same organisation. Group registration discounts and one-day registration options are provided for this purpose.

  • Transferring registrations will be only accepted at least 2 weeks prior to the conference start date. Requests must be submitted in writing to AusBiotech events team. Registrations are valid for the named attendee only. Transferring of registrations during the conference is prohibited and security personnel will be verifying name badges on entry/exit to the venue.

  • AusPartnering is AusBiotech’s business matching programme, maximising networking opportunities to facilitate meetings and connect delegates with one another. You can pre-schedule one-on-one meetings with other attendees at AusBiotech 2024. This is your ticket to connecting with researchers, companies, investors, industry members and other delegates.

  • Yes, please email the events team and we will add you to the partnering system.

  • AusPartnering link will be emailed to you 4 weeks prior to the conference. Date to be confirmed.

  • During the conference days, business attire is preferred. The minimum dress standard for the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner is business attire or cocktail.

  • The conference dinner will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (room details to be confirmed).

    Conference Registrations do not include the Conference Dinner. Dinner tickets can be purchased during the registration process.

  • Yes, stay connected with the AusBiotech 2024 conference app on your phone.

    You can connect with delegates, see who's speaking, create your own personal agenda, browse the exhibitors and partners before you arrive onsite.

    The app access will be emailed to all delegates a week before the conference.

  • Yes, the full delegate list will be emailed to all delegates a week before the conference.

  • Please refer to the 2024 Partnership Prospectus for details or contact the events team to find out more.

  • Delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees before requesting an official letter of invitation. All requests should be sent by email to the Events Team.

    Please note that AusBiotech will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.

    All cancellation requests must be made in writing to AusBiotech.

    1. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the conference start date will receive a 75% refund, less a $150 administration fee.

    2. Cancellations made 31 to 89 days prior to the conference start date will receive a 50% refund, less a $250 administration fee.

    3. Cancellations made within 31 days of the event start date will not receive a refund.

    4. Reasonable efforts will be made to process refunds within 2 weeks of cancellation notice.

    5. Substituting names will be only accepted at least 2 weeks prior to the conference start date. Requests must be submitted in writing to AusBiotech by email events@ausbiotech.org. Registrations are valid for the named attendee only. Transferring of registrations during the conference is prohibited and security personnel will be verifying name badges on entry/exit to the venue.
