The AusBiotech 2019 student volunteer program is proudly supported by AbbVie
AusBiotech, supported by AbbVie, has now opened the Student Volunteer Programme for AusBiotech 2019 - the premier annual conference for Australia’s Life Sciences sector to be held in Melbourne from 30 October to 1 November 2019.
Volunteering during AusBiotech 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, will allow students unprecedented access to the conference plenary presentations, sessions, exhibition and other activities.
The Student Volunteer Program aims to give students a competitive edge in the race for employment in the biotechnology industry and at AusBiotech 2019 will facilitate active engagement between student volunteers and conference delegates. The selected students have the opportunity to improve their communication and networking skills by working behind the scenes of this major event.
Successful applicants will receive:
Complimentary registration (includes catering) to AusBiotech 2019, with time allocated to explore the conferences as a delegate;
Opportunities to network and engage with key industry executives and researchers.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must be:
Over 18 years old;
A current student enrolled in an Australian University;
A student member of AusBiotech;
Please note: interstate students must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
